Customers shall be allowed to request a one-time change to the plan level from the selected subscription to a higher volume plan during the Annual Contract Period.
This request shall not be prorated but shall apply to the current month the request is made. This higher plan Level shall remain in place during the Contract Term and any Renewals unless requested by Customer in writing prior to December 15th of the current Term.
No decrease in the plan's is allowed during the current year’s Term but may be requested for upcoming Renewal Terms by making the request in writing prior to December 15th before the beginning of the next Renewal Term.
