How long is the SaaS Agreement?

This is an annual contract that automatically renews annually.

How can I change my Plan?

Customers are entitled to a once a year move to a higher or lower plan. Additionally, prior to any renewal, the plan can be adjusted to a different plan.

What payment methods are accepted?

All forms of electronic payments are accepted. Our payment provider is Stripe, and these payments can be processed online and set up for recurring.

Are there additional charges for plan upgrades?

All upgrades and downgrades are processed for the following month. No refunds shall be applied for a downgrade and the upgrade cost is the difference between the current plan and the new plan and will be charged at the beginning of the applicable month.

Are there storage fees?

We do not charge to store data, but we do charge for documents, images, and videos. See specific plan details for included storage and additional storage fees that are documented in the "Learn More" section of the applicable plan.
